Spend an evening to gain insight into the life of Vietnam’s ambitious young generation who have moved from all over the country to Saigon to earn a living. Indulge in a delicious home-cooked meal while sharing interesting life stories of a cookbook author and street photographer in the atmosphere of a new friend’s home.

ITINERARY

Evening

This tour will begin at 18:00 for an evening of cultural exchange over a meal. Be transferred from the hotel to a local’s home tucked away in a small alley.

Meet the friendly host of the evening, chat over a welcome drink about her life journey from the north to south of Vietnam and how she became an author and street photographer. Enjoy an authentic meal made with nostalgic recipes of Saigon cuisine. Indulge in her very own fusion of cocktails created with a mix between local and western beverages. After the meal, spend some time to admire her lively photo collection of Saigon’s daily street life and the inspirational story behind each piece. Transfer back to the hotel after an evening full of interesting memories.

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance (covering emergency medical evacuation) for trips to Vietnam.

Prices are valid 30 days from date of offer. Past this date price and conditions may be readjusted.

The cost of air tickets is subject to change without prior notice by the airlines.

Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges.

Rooms at hotels are available only from 1400 on arrival day till 1200 on departure date. A supplement will be added if early check-in or late check-out is desired.
